Read the actual policy scope
Yes. ESR’s inspected UK policy describes returns of undamaged products within 30 days of purchase for official-site orders. For non-quality returns, it requires intact original packaging and all originally supplied items, and says the buyer pays return shipping. That is not a promise that every opened, installed or incomplete protector will be accepted.
Keep change-of-mind conditions
The policy says refunds for discounted products use the discounted value, and that a partial return does not refund the entire larger order. The source process and approval conditions must be followed;we have not placed or completed a return. No legal-rights guarantee is invented from a short product-page badge.
Do not promise used-product acceptance
Its bulk-order section excludes bulk orders from returns and defines more than 10 units of a product as bulk. Our tool can count whole packs but must keep that policy threshold visible. A large mathematical target does not validate return eligibility or tell a buyer to split orders to evade a condition.
Check the bulk boundary
Before paying, check the current exact policy and ask ESR about an unclear intended purchase or quality issue. Keep the order condition and supplied pack separate from our price arithmetic. We do not collect order numbers, email addresses or return requests here. Independent technical/content/legal review remains pending.
A purchase case to keep explicit
For a purchase of eleven identical packs, the policy’s more-than-ten bulk boundary is relevant before any actual checkout. A mathematical stock result is still useful, but return eligibility cannot be claimed. Ask the seller about the actual order instead of splitting it to evade terms.
